My background is in schools, executive leadership and child safety. I've implemented the Child Safe Standards from inside organisations, at governance level and on the ground.
I've led the reviews, built the frameworks, written the policies and trained the people who carry them. I know exactly where child safety breaks down in real organisations, and I know what makes it achievable.
